Winemaking and Aging

Winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks. The harvested grapes are gently pressed to preserve freshness, delicacy, and aromatic profile.

The resulting must is poured into steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately 8-10 days. After fermentation, the wine is stored in steel tanks until bottling.

Aging: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 1 month in bottle.
