The 2021 vintage is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Colorino, and Malvasia Nera, varieties that contribute to creating a rich, structured, and pleasantly harmonious profile. In the glass, it has a ruby red color, while on the nose it releases fruity and spicy aromas, with hints of fresh fruit, cinnamon, and pepper.

Vinification and Aging
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs in steel tanks for approximately 10-12 days.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. It is then kept in the tanks until bottling.
Aging: 3 months in concrete tanks and 6 months in bottle.
